These resources are designed to give you an overview of Parts 3 (Assessing the Needs of Individuals) and 4 (Meeting Needs) of the Act, as well as relevant aspects of Parts 5 (Charging and Financial Assessment) and 11 (Adults and Children in the Secure Estate). They include summaries of the key messages and are suitable for all roles across the sector to give them an overview of the key changes.

These more detailed learning materials are for those whose roles are most affected by the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act. They are designed to help them implement the change.
